FHTEP has submitted its Marine Licence and Article 39 Consent Applications to the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) and the Department for Economy (DfE), respectively. The accompanying Environmental Statement (ES), Non Technical Summary (NTS) and associated Figures and Appendices are available to view in our Downloads section.
